A retainer-based engagement in which I act as your technology leader — attending leadership team meetings, owning the technology strategy and roadmap, managing vendors and the internal IT function, and ensuring the board has the technology intelligence it needs to make confident investment decisions.

This is not consultancy at arm's length. I am embedded in the organisation, accountable for the technology agenda, and as invested in the outcomes as any full-time hire. Technology Health & Leadership Assurance

Before committing to a technology leader — whether hiring permanently, extending an interim, or deciding whether the current incumbent is the right person to take the organisation through its next stage — boards and CEOs benefit from an independent, expert view. Not a reference check. A genuine assessment of capability, strategy, and technology health.

As independent reviewer I assess the technology function, its leadership, and its strategy from the outside — providing the board with a clear, unvarnished picture that internal management cannot provide about itself. Interim CIO & Interim IT Director

When a technology leadership vacancy occurs — through resignation, restructuring, or a sudden change in circumstances — the organisation cannot wait months for a permanent hire. I step in as interim CIO or IT Director, with immediate effect, taking full accountability for the technology function for the duration of the engagement.

Previously SC-Cleared and available at short notice. I have operated at the highest levels of technology leadership in critical national infrastructure, global financial services, and regulated environments. An interim engagement has a defined exit point from day one — with a handover plan built in from the start, not added as an afterthought at the end.

Interim Platforms Director — Heathrow
Security-cleared role leading Platforms at Europe's largest airport. Took immediate ownership of the technology agenda, vendor relationships, and board-level reporting. As IT Sponsor for the £1.3bn AMC Programme, I accelerated a £22m cyber project and delivered a Digital Control Tower for NATS. I also managed our response to a major operational incident.
